Train in a small group setting at South Place Hotel, with structured sessions designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term health.


Led by Daniel Lagimodiere, each session combines strength training, conditioning, and functional movement in a focused, high-energy format. With a maximum of six participants, every session allows for hands-on coaching, attention to technique, and progression tailored to your level.


Each session includes:

  • Scalable exercises for all levels

Terms & Conditions

All sessions must be booked in advance via the website. A minimum of three participants is required for the session to run, and if this is not met, the session may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the session start time, and any cancellations made within this period are non-refundable. Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Guests are asked to arrive on time, as late arrivals may not be accommodated and will not be refunded. Participation is at your own risk, and all guests should ensure they are fit to take part in physical activity prior to attending.
