Wednesday 15th July, for one night only, Orrery by Pierre Minotti welcomes Miller Prada and Craig Johnston for an exclusive six hands dinner, bringing together three distinct culinary styles in one exceptional menu.
The evening begins with a selection of canapés, including Yellowtail with coffee from Miller's family farm in Colombia, Pierre's Sea Bream Escabeche with Vadouvan Aioli, and Craig's Goat's Cheese Tartlet with pickled rose, tomato and Yorkshire strawberry.
A six-course menu follows, showcasing each chef's signature approach. Highlights include Miller's Scallops with Cassava, Tucupi and Whiskey Barrels, Pierre's Bouillabaisse of Red Prawn, Red Mullet and Rouille, Craig's Barbecued Cornish Monkfish with Basil Cream and Warm Niçoise Dressing, and Pierre's Rabbit Ballotine with Fine Green Beans, Iberico Ham and Blanquette Sauce.
The evening concludes with Craig's Marsala and Mascarpone Mousse with Sour Cherry Compote, Dulcey Chocolate and Tonka Bean, alongside a selection of petit fours from Pierre.
