The early sitting offers four courses between 5.30pm and 6.30pm, perfect if you want a relaxed start before moving into the bar for Champagne and cocktails.

The main sitting features a five course menu from 6.45pm to 10.30pm, followed by live music and Champagne in the bar until close. Expect black truffle, caviar, and seasonal game served in a warm riverside setting.
