This special evening features a four-course menu celebrating the season, with each course paired with wines carefully selected to complement the dishes.


Your evening begins with a welcome glass of Sekt Haus Klosterberg Brut by Markus Molitor before you take your seat for dinner. Throughout the evening, Alex Thiel will personally introduce each course, sharing the inspiration behind the menu and offering insight into the seasonal ingredients, techniques and flavours that shape his summer cooking.
