Inspired by the flavours and traditions of Bavaria, Chef Alex has created a specially curated four-course tasting menu, with each course paired with a carefully selected German or Austrian wine (125ml). Your evening begins with a welcome glass of sparkling Sekt, before Chef Alex introduces each course, sharing the inspiration behind the menu, the seasonal ingredients and the culinary traditions that have shaped Oktoberfest cuisine.

Dating back to 1810, Oktoberfest began as a royal wedding celebration in Munich and has since become one of the world's most iconic festivals, celebrated for its rich culinary traditions, exceptional beers and warm Bavarian hospitality.
