Information
As the clocks go back and the nights grow longer, step into The Lost Hour - a special Blackout Dinner in partnership with The Lost Explorer Mezcal. The restaurant will be softly dimmed and filled with the warm, flickering light of candles, creating an intimate atmosphere perfect for bold flavours, meaningful conversation and a mindful dining experience.
Executive Chef Daniel Scott has curated a bespoke four-course menu for our Blackout Dinner, with The Lost Explorer Mezcal cocktails, as we cut the lights, reduce energy use and celebrate the beauty of dining in the dark.

Treacle cured fillet of beef, potato terrine, red wine shallot puree, maitake, beef sauce
