Our gift e-vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire with no option for exchange, refund, or extension. Please bring your e-voucher with the QR code on the day of your reservation to redeem it. Monetary vouchers can only be redeemed with the presentation of an e-voucher containing the QR code.
