Introducing Signature Sips – a monthly series hosted in our Orrery Épicerie by Head Sommelier Julio Serra. Each evening, Julio guides guests through a hand‑picked selection of wines, sharing his insight as you taste and compare. Each glass comes served with seasonal canapés, carefully selected to complement its profile.
In August, we celebrate rosé season. Enjoy three light, refreshing rosé wines from different corners of the world, from delicate Provençal blush to fuller, more expressive styles. A chance to explore what makes rosé so versatile, summery and endlessly enjoyable, whether sipped on a terrace or at the table.
